Again, just so everyone knows where I am:

As of 7:00 am this morning (central time) I had 11 e-mails left to sort through. These are not necessarily the most recent but the ones that I had to pay the most attention to. After about midnight last night, anything not 100% straight forward I shelved until I was more awake, which left 11.

Thus far I have 6 chapters that I know for sure are open because I received drop notifications from those who formerly had those chapters.

I also sent out WTF notes to people last night when I didn't have the art and I'll start removing people over this week. One reason it will take a week though is that I don't want to drop a person who is just incorrectly listed, so I like to give a warning before I start removing people and take my time double checking I'm right in that they've neither turned in art not notified me to let me know their scanner blew up or something.

Sorting through this is proving to be a bigger chore than I first thought however, so pinch hitters coming on after 1/1 may have the 1/17 due date pushed back a week just so I can have all of this week to sort through info and make absolutely sure I'm not removing anyone who did turn in artwork or something like that.

Haste makes waste and I really don't want to jack things up. I've already got three minor issues I'm dealing with from earlier mistakes ^^

Anything submitted via DA Notes btw, still needs processing, though I marked it off as sent. I know I feel people got "where is your art" messages because I failed to check the notes.

First, yes I still need pinch hitters willing to fill in at the last minutes.

Moving on:
Ok with things somewhat stabilized now, I've been working on getting the website caught back up with reality.

As you can see, only two sections are caught back up.
(and I mean as of 6:00 this morning, I suspect I'll be adding to the waiting list and I'll try and stay on top of that)

Most likely I'll get the assignment list updated next.

Following that will be the extension list and the finished art list.
Those two lists need a lot of cross referencing work given that I forgot to take people who turned in art off the extension list *head desk*

Took 'em off everything else, but not that, so that's why those two lists are saved for last. Once I get it sorted, I'm sending out reminders to everyone on the extension list, probably with an attachment listing the art I still think you owe me.

And that won't (or shouldn't) include pinch hitters, which are on their own list and I'll contact y'all via form latter separately.


And then . . . money stuff shall start going out.

I'm not 100% sure when all this will happen. I have early Thanksgiving festivities this weekend as well as 150 wedding cards to get out, but it will happen ASAP.

Key word here is "currently."
We've all seen how that works for me

I still desperately need people willing to be on the waiting list to fill in for people who will drop out.

And I'm sure a few will.

Heck, just this morning, not 5 minutes after I told someone all spots were filled, I got a drop out notice and re-emailed the person with an open spot offer. I'm not kidding.

Preferably on this waiting list, I'm looking for is people who can draw fast, so I can get replacement art within 15 days after the finale deadline lapses.

BUT, even if you do not think you can make something in 15 days, if you want to be on the waiting list, e-mail me with the minimum amount of time you need and I'll mark that down and if someone drops out early I can notify you if it fits your time frame.

Guys when you send me chapter requests PLEASE PLEASE list more than one chapter. I promise you, you are not the only person asking for that chapter and I need second choices to give you. Possibly third.

No matter how I do this, first come first serve (which I'm trying not to do) or drawing names, if you don't have a back up, I'll have to pick something random if the chapter you requested goes to someone else who also requested it. The only time someone gets a chapter they request without a drawing is if no one else has requested said chapter (which has happened only twice btw)

Also, I haven’t gotten through 100% of all the e-mails, only about 90%. Just so you know where I am on answer ^^

Also if you submitted art, that's part of the 10% I haven't gotten do, since the assignments I feel, are more time sensitive, they have answering priority
