More Info on Where I Am

Here's the latest update:

I've should have gotten through all the e-mails I've been sent up to 7:00 am on 1/9/2009.

Also, with the exception of some thank you notes and responses along those lines, I should have responded to everything (and it's not that I don't appreciate the thanks yous and well wishes, I just don't always have time to respond to them).

If you sent me an e-mail and wanted a response/confirmation and still don’t have one from me, you probably need to resend it because I somehow missed it.

I've also started contacting pinch hitters to fill in gaps.

I still need to make sure the spreadsheet of finished art matches the actual art that I have and I want to double check that all the files are correct, working, and properly labeled.

I'll also try and update the gallery next week sometime. The hard part of that is simply labeling everything

Sorry you guys are more eager to send me money than I am to collect. Of course I need to because I've not yet won any lotteries (will no, according to my psm box I win one the UK daily *L*)

It's just the part of the project I'm the most scared of botching. I swear i will stop dragging my feet now that I pretty much know who is sending my artwork and who isn't.

Right now, I'm gonna try not to charge people double if the pinch hit, but that will depend on the overhead cost. I;m looking at if timewise it's possible to hold off charging twice and then only charge any additional amount I need from the Pinch hitters (So say I charge everyone once, find I'm 200 short, then I'd divide 200 by the number of those doing two chapters that I had (say 60) then I'd ask for an aditional 3.50 from y'all.)

Does that make snese?

The only exception is
if a person requested two chapters prior to the need for pinch hitters (which happened in a very few cases) then there is a charge for both chapter.
